Because Her Invest Code is a digital program with immediate access upon purchase, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated at the time of checkout.
Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, Her Invest Code does not offer refunds once access to the program has been provided. This policy exists because the full value of the program is accessible immediately after enrollment.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
— You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge
— A technical issue prevented access to the program and could not be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
To submit a refund request for the above exceptions, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your program access will be revoked and you may be ineligible for future purchases.
If you enrolled via a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of whether you choose to continue using the program. Cancellation of a payment plan does not constitute a refund of amounts already paid.
